Cangzhou Yongtai Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in Cangzhou, Hebei Province in 1988. Yongtai Electronics is one of the most professional and largest manufacturers of precision metal parts in China.

Headquartered in Beijing, Yongtai Electronics has two factories in Cangzhou and Dongguan, with a construction area of more than 15,000 m³. We have more than 35 years of industry experience in precision deep-drawn metal parts and machined components. Our precision deep-drawn parts are mass-produced by progressive molding machines and automatic punching machines. The precision metal parts we provide are widely used in various high-tech fields around the world, including the sensor industry, new energy vehicle industry, and large home appliance industry. We are experts in metal parts and assemblies, and we work collaboratively with our customers to ensure we not only meet, but exceed, their expectations.

Development history

1988

years

Mr. Qu founded Yongtai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in Cangzhou, Hebei Province. Five employees began to produce series products of solid core potentiometer aluminum shell.

1989

years

One year after the company was founded, the company turned from loss to profit.

1993

years

Yongtai Electronics expanded its company area and established a new headquarters with 20 employees.

1995

years

Yongtai Electronics developed hardware accessories for home appliances, mainly for Shanghai Global Brand Potentiometer Factory and Hangzhou Potentiometer Factory. There are more than 20 kinds of products, and the number of domestic customers has grown to 20.

1998

years

Yongtai Electronics developed a series of products such as LED frame products and thick film circuit pins. There are more than a dozen products. The customer produces liquid crystal display products, and there are more than 20 domestic customers. The number of employees reached 30 people.

2002

years

Yongtai Electronics developed composite mold technology and continuous molds, developed temperature sensor accessories, and began to use deep drawing technology to produce pipe clips, pipe caps and assemblies made of steel and brass.

2003

Yongtai passed the ISO9001 certification, and started to develop overseas business, cooperated with 5 major overseas customers.

2005

years

The number of employees of Yongtai Electronics reached 50, and the sales volume reached 5 million

years

In order to expand production, Yongtai Electronics expanded its headquarters, and another production plant was built and put into production in the industrial zone.

2008

years

Yongtai Electronics developed auto parts and medical accessories, in order to expand the industry, Yongtai purchased CNC processing equipment.

2010

years

In order to expand the industry, Yongtai purchased CNC processing equipment.

2014

years

in order to expand the scale, a second production base was established in Changping, Guangdong, China, named Dongguan Zhuoda Hardware Co., Ltd., and introduced countless sets of the most advanced automatic stretching continuous dies and advanced technology.

2015

Yongtai Electronics has produced hundreds of products over the years, and now has more than 60 domestic and foreign customers. By integrating complex technologies, subsequent processes and services, we create value-added results for our customers.

Yongtai Electronics has became a well-known manufacturer of metal parts, and its products are exported to 30 countries including the United States, Germany, and Indonesia.

ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001 is one of the ISO 14000 series of environmental management standards. ISO 14001 defines globally recognized requirements for an environmental management system and is part of the standardization. This includes many other standards in various areas of environmental management, including life cycle assessment, environmental key figures and environmental performance assessment. It can be applied to manufacturing and service companies. This certification is valid for four years, after which recertification is mandatory.
